You'll receive two high resolution JPEGs - one with a white border, and one without.

You can print up to an 16x20" image with these files. You can print them smaller as well.

Where do I get these printed??

You can take them to anywhere that prints photos, or order them online. Additionally, you could print them at home. I recommend printing at the highest quality your printer has, on nice card stock or photo paper. Please be aware that every printer will handle the colors a little differently.
